When an I&R database record is flagged for review, see the underlying call record on which the comment was created

In your I&R database, for a long while now, you have been able to “flag a resource for review” by leaving a comment about what might be amiss in its information. When done, the resource database managers are emailed about the flag, and it is highlighted prominently on the “Manage Resources” page. Now, when such a flag is set, iCarol will also remember the call report from which this happened, so the resource database manager can easily look at it to get further context about when and why the flag was set.
